Built around a simple idea.
iPhone Repair Nairobi started with a straightforward observation: in a city of millions of iPhones, getting one repaired properly, honestly, and quickly wasn't as easy as it should be. Too many people were being quoted high prices for repairs that didn't need to be that expensive, or given vague answers about what was actually wrong with their device.
We built this workshop to change that. Every repair starts with an honest diagnosis — not a sales pitch. We tell you what's wrong, what it will cost, and what your options are. Then you decide. No pressure, no upselling, no jargon.
From our base at Jamia Mall in Nairobi CBD, we work on every iPhone from the iPhone 11 through the iPhone 17 — screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, Face ID, back glass and more. We're an independent repair service and we're not affiliated with Apple, which means we can offer real choices: from premium OEM-grade components to more affordable aftermarket parts, all disclosed upfront.
The result is a repair shop that feels more like a conversation than a transaction — and a customer base that keeps coming back.
Why customers choose us
Most of our customers come from recommendations. In a market where trust is earned one repair at a time, that's the metric we care about most.
