These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the iPhone Repair Nairobi website and the repair services we provide. Please read them carefully before booking a repair or sending us a device.
By visiting our website at iphonerepair.co.ke, contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, email, or our contact form, or bringing a device to our workshop at Jamia Mall, Muindi Mbingu Street, Nairobi CBD, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to iPhone Repair Nairobi, and "you" refers to the customer or website visitor.
iPhone Repair Nairobi provides professional repair services for Apple iPhone devices, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability, the condition of the device, and the outcome of the initial diagnostic assessment.
Any price quoted on our website, by WhatsApp, or over the phone is a starting price or estimate only and is not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on:
Where a repair requires a diagnostic assessment first, we will provide a firm quote after that diagnosis and before beginning any work. We will never begin a chargeable repair without your explicit approval.
By handing over a device for repair — whether in person or via courier — you confirm that:
If during diagnosis we discover additional faults not initially discussed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
⚠️ Important: Devices that have been previously opened or repaired by other technicians may have hidden faults or non-standard components. We will advise you if we discover this, but we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage caused by previous repairs.
Payment is due in full at the time of collection of your repaired device, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For repairs requiring special-order parts, we may request a deposit to cover the cost of the part. Deposits are refundable only if we are unable to complete the repair.
We use a range of replacement parts depending on your preferences and the model of your device:
We will always tell you which type of part is being used and its price before proceeding. Once a repair has been completed, parts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they fail under our warranty.
Original parts removed from your device (such as old screens or batteries) will be returned to you on request. Otherwise, they are disposed of securely.
All repairs carried out by iPhone Repair Nairobi come with a 30-day warranty on parts and labour, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of repair.
To make a warranty claim, bring the device back to our workshop with proof of purchase (WhatsApp receipt or written receipt). We will inspect the device and, if the claim is valid, carry out the repair at no additional cost.
🛡️ Warranty period: Our standard repair warranty is 30 days from the date of collection. For certain premium repairs we may offer extended coverage — this will be stated clearly on your receipt.
Where we are unable to repair your device, or where the repair is not economically viable, we will inform you before undertaking any chargeable work. In these cases:
We reserve the right to refuse a repair if we believe we cannot complete it to a professional standard, or if the device presents a safety risk.
You are responsible for backing up your device before bringing it in for repair. While our technicians take every precaution and never browse your personal data, the repair process may occasionally require software resets, firmware updates, or part replacements that could affect stored data.
⚠️ Back up before you come in. Use iCloud or a computer backup via Finder/iTunes to protect your data. This is especially important for water damage, board-level repairs, and any repair where the device is not powering on.
We ask that you collect your repaired device within 30 days of being notified that it is ready.
Any proceeds from the sale of uncollected devices will be applied to any outstanding balance, with the remainder (if any) held for you for a further period of 6 months.
